We are looking for a strong General Manager to join an incredible fast paced restaurant in London! This role is a senior management position with great potential to progress and strengthen your career within a rapidly growing business. You will support the Operations Manager on the daily running of the site and you will have a true passion and energy for delivering excellent guest experiences.

General Manager - Requirements
MUST HAVE EXPERIENCE IN HOSPITALITY
Able to assist the Operations Manager and motivate a team
Previous hospitality management experience
Communicate effectively at all levels
Planning and organising skills
Excellent attention to detail and standards
Leadership skills with the ability to demonstrate a hands-on approach to your work
Excellent commercial skills
Excellent customer care skills
General Manager Responsibilities
Previous experience as a General Manager from a premium and very busy restaurant
Warm and welcoming persona, along with a hands-on approach to work and impeccable attention to detail
Proven ability to lead, train and inspire a team
Passion for hospitality and a good knowledge of food and beverage
Eagerness to learn and develop your career within an award-winning restaurant group.
