Position Title: Hotel General Manager
Location: London, UK
Renumeration:
Salary range: £60,000 - £80,000 per annum.
Option to share equity in the purchased hotel/hotels.
*Please note, renumeration will only commence once a business has been purchased which could take a number of months.
We are looking for an experienced hotel general manager to join us as a key partner in leading our operations in a hotel/hotels we are looking to acquire and grow.
Position Overview: Being at the lead of the business you'll have the opportunity to shape the future of the company. As the hotel general manager, you'll oversee all operations, from day-to-day management to strategic direction.
We are in the early stages of the business acquisitions and identifying opportunities. Part of your initial role will be to help build credibility with potential business sellers and be present in key acquisition meetings.
Responsibilities:
Lead all operational aspects of the hotel, including guest services, housekeeping, food and beverage and maintenance.
Help cultivate relationships with prospective business sellers by showcasing your experience and building credibility.
Collaborate closely with internal teams to optimise processes and merge businesses.
Assist in the development of merger and acquisition plans for growth.
Stay informed about industry trends, market dynamics and competitor activities.
Qualifications:
Demonstrated track record of success in senior management roles within a hotel/hotels.
Understanding of hotel operations, including guest services, revenue management and compliance.
Ability to manage budgets, oversee financial transactions and negotiate contracts with vendors and service providers.
Highly organised to oversee multiple tasks simultaneously, including maintenance schedules, staff assignments and improvements.
