One of the UK’s largest off-grid energy distributors is looking for a regional Operations Manager to join them on their journey.
The business is at the forefront of energy transition, and has developed a prominent track record in converting customers from higher emission fuels to lower carbon and cleaner solutions.
30 years of experience combined with excellent and innovative engineering capability has seen their market share skyrocket to 30% in the UK!
As one of their Regional Operational Manager you will be responsible for 12 depots across the South-East, delivering excellent business performance, driving customer service improvements, developing high performance teams and ensuring they stay at the top of the market.
What will you be doing?
Leading the regional operations team, including direct reports over site managers in your area.
Last point of call for customer service matters in your region.
Support the sales team to ensure growth and market development.
Developing continuous improvement strategy.
Logistics management within the region, both materials and transport.
Drive HSE initiatives.
What experience do you need?
Experience of multi-site operations.
Strong leadership experience.
Comfortable delivering change.
Customer centric, with experience developing operational capability.
Drive to work autonomously- you will set your own agenda and strategies.
What will you get in return?
Salary between £60,000-£80,000.
Performance bonus – 30%.
