You will play a vital role in fostering a welcoming and enjoyable living environment for our students while upholding the property's standards.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage all aspects of property operations, including leasing, maintenance, and tenant relations.
Conduct regular property inspections to ensure compliance with safety and cleanliness standards.
Respond promptly to tenant inquiries, requests, and concerns, striving to resolve issues effectively and efficiently.
