Located within the vibrant O2 complex, Slug and Lettuce O2 is a bustling destination situated amidst a lively strip of bars and restaurants, adjacent to the renowned Indigo Nightclub. Our venue is exciting, versitile and ever growing. We are looking for someone that is meticulously organised, engaging, confident and creative to manage a range of food and drink outlets and experiential businesses like Sky diving, dome climbing and the Mama Mia experience.
Our venue boasts a spacious layout, with a large bar and seating area downstairs, complemented by another bar and additional seating upstairs. With offerings such as our famous bottomless brunch and live DJ sets on Friday and Saturday nights, sales driving and atmopshere management experience is a must.

What we're looking for...
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced General Manager to lead Slug and Lettuce O2. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth operation of our venue, fostering a culture of excellence, and driving profitability. This individual must possess exceptional organizational skills, a charismatic persona, and a flair for creativity.
