"We are now recruiting full time General Manager for our busy vegan restaurant in Brighton"Share We are looking for a highly motivated full-time General Manager to manage our busy restaurant in BrightonOur General Manager role is for someone keen to make their mark in first class hospitality. The person will present themselves well, will be a confident, dynamic, enthusiastic leader full of positivity and energy, wanting to train, motivate and develop an expanding hospitality team. Fundamentally having the customer at the forefront of every thought.Key experience and job requirements are:Experience managing a busy restaurant.Fully aware of all legal obligations of a licensed premises.Attention to detail, particularly ensuring cleanliness, hygiene and safety are top of the agenda.To ensure an exceptional customer experience to all guests and visitors.Ordering of stock items ensuring stock levels are in line with business requirements.Ensure rota's prepared, maintained and submitted to achieve payroll budget costs.Take part in / host team meetings, Induct new team members into work environment.Deliver regular training to team members & Maximise use of training from outside sources.Be familiar with and adhere to company cash handling procedures.Be familiar with and adhere to company codes of conduct.Observe all requirements under Health & Safety regulations and ensure safe working environment for all guests and employees.Keep staff/work areas tidy, safe & report any hazard, accident or loss or damage.
