HSB Technical’s client is a very established and well-regarded business entity.Duties and responsibilities of the General Manager: You will: Ensure all operations are carried out safely with minimal environmental impact, In line with the company policies and procedures and relevant laws, regulations Oversee daily business operations to meet customer delivery, quality, and Budget expectations Work with other UK locations and the overseas partners to achieve collective success Control costs and investments, working with Finance Manager to monitor budgets and support financial reports Develop and implement growth strategies to achieve the company's goals and objectives Support commercial activities, building and maintaining relationships with clients, suppliers, and other stakeholders including marketing and public relations Support and develop team, organising inductions, training, and recruitment Carry out team disciplinaries, conflict resolution and reviews, with support from mentor Manage company assets and vehicles, ensuring they are kept in safe working condition Maintain a positive outlook and attitude about the company and our goals, promoting company values Provide leadership and direction to all employees and foster a positive work environment Evaluate and improve business processes and procedures to enhance efficiency and effectivenessQualifications and requirement for the General Manager Full Driving Licence PassportThis vacancy is being advertised by HSB Technical who have been appointed to act as the recruitment consultancy for this role
