Up to £40,000 per annum.
Monday - Friday / NO WEEKENDS
Day shifts

The Job Role:
General Manager to run this high volume site
To implement SOPs, drive profit and ensure best cost control practices are in place.
To drive customer service within the team and achieve great guest satisfaction
You will be dealing with high profile clients on a daily basis
The Requirements: To have a great personality and be genuine, approachable, attentive and instinctive
Proven ability to develop team members and improve guest satisfaction
A track record of dealing with high volume catering
Enthusiasm and willingness to progress your career under an established General Manager
Have a background in hospitality management you will have a passion for the industry and want to deliver all customers a memorable experience.
Would suit an existing manager within a high street restaurant or a hotel with high volume catering
