The Job Role
Managing a team of circa 40 staff.
General Manager of a 20 bedroom gastro pub with rooms.
Leading from the front, the General Manager will be the face of the boutique hotel, driving local business.
Delivering a financial budget
5 days over 7
Responsible for driving the business forward
Requirements
You will have managed fresh food gastro pubs with rooms ideally
This is not a first time General Managers position.
The General Manager will be driving local business so we are looking for a real people person.
We are looking for a hands on operator - this is not an office based role.
