I am working on behalf of a now established Domiciliary Care company within the UK, they are a franchise model and are setting up a new office in South Woodham Ferrers.
They are looking to recruit a General Manager to focus on business development and growing the private client base. The Company: Deliver bespoke homecare across the UKFranchise setup with fantastic valuesGrowing company with now nearly 70 officesProvide private care to the elderlyExtremely client and carer centric The role: Develop the business and grow the hours through marketing and networkingProactive on social media and online platformsMeet community groups and get the company name out thereBuild contacts with potential clients to create new business opportunitiesLine manage the Care ManagerWork closely with franchise owner who has Domicilairy Care experience Required competencies: Domiciliary Care management experience is essentialProven track record of growthPrivate pay experienceGood knowledge of CQC regulationsExcellent people management/communication skillsKnowledge of Essex area - desirableLevel 5 in Leadership and Management
