Automotive General Manager

Salary: �60,000 plus BRAND NEW TESLA and up to �24,000 in bonus throughout the year OTE�84k

Location Wimbledon

Hours: 2 different shift patterns, 5 days one week, 4 days the next week over 7 days 10am-10pm (NON NEGOTIABLE), One full weekend off every 4 weeks with the 3 days off in the week also.

My automotive exclusive client is looking to recruit a General Manager in their Wimbledon branch. They need someone who can assess their current team, fix what's required and changes strategies required. For this role, you will be given a very good basic salary with a brand new Tesla company car with the opportunity to earn an extra �24,000 throughout the year from reaching their monthly revenue targets.

As the General Manager you will be managing the Site Manager, Department Managers and all Sales individuals within the branch. You will be given the trust and autonomy to run this branch as your own business. You will conduct the morning meetings at 9:45am giving the team an understanding of what's expected for the day. You will also be required to look at the PNL to ensure you aren't going over budget when it comes to valeting for cars etc.

Requirements to be a General Manager:

- Experience being a Manager in the automotive dealership or franchise industry

- Experienced managing a team and a branch as its own business

- Experience exceeding monthly targets

- Money driven and career focused individual

- Must have Driving license

- Personality is everything in this role!
