Our valued client is looking to recruit an experienced General Manager for a large luxury care home in the Stourbridge area. The successful candidate will need to have strong CQC knowledge and experience as a home manager, as well as having solid financial awareness. The roleReporting into the Operations Manager you will be responsible for overseeing the service and maintaining quality standardsTo establish and develop links in the local community.Marketing of the service to ensure the homes standards and reputation in the area is maintained and increased.Responsible for assisting with recruitment, HR Issues, Training and general leadership of the homes and the staff.Person specProven experience within Home Management (Minimum of 2 year)Ideally have Management qualification (NVQ Level 4 or equivalent)Ideally have experience in dementia settingUnderstanding of the compliance guidelinesCQC and safeguarding knowledgeGenuine passion in elderly care.LocationThis role is based in the Stourbridge area and is commutable from Droitwich, Dudley, Wolverhampton, Bridgnorth, Redditch, Birmingham, Halesowen, West Bromwich and other surrounding areas. Interview ProcessThe interview process will be a 2 stage format. The first stage will be with the head of recruitment and the regional manager.
