We are a small, growing pub group looking for an ambitious hospitality professional to join The Mother Huff Cap family as General Manager.
We're looking for someone with recent hospitality managerial experience; someone who is looking to take real ownership of the business and create a motivating and nurturing environment for their team. You should enjoy the buzz of a full bar and restaurant, and have plenty of ideas to help the business grow and thrive.
You will be in charge of the day to day running of The Mother Huff Cap, including stock control, staff management, training and recruitment, events planning & execution, as well as exceptional customers service.
