We are looking for exceptional full-time Catering General Manager to join our team!
The role will be to manage, plan, and deliver catering operations across our three catering kitchens. Maximising our B2B, B2C and event caterings (live sport, pop-ups, all third party collaborations).

The ideal candidate will have experience managing catering kitchens, have strong knowledge of health and safety and/or interest in event planning and relationship management.
It is a hands on and fast paced role, that requires a mix of administrative skills and operational delivery.
You must have a minimum of 2 year's experience in a same or similar role. Excellent commercial awareness, management of P&L, a passion for hospitality, organizational skills, and the ability to deliver exceptional service in a fast-paced environment, we would love to hear from you.
Responsibilities
Plan, organise, and coordinate all B2B, B2C delivery as well as catering & events, including, corporate functions, pop-ups, white label, and third party collaborative concessions
Manage and supervise catering staff, including hiring, training, and scheduling
Collaborate with clients and events team to create customised menus and ensure their specific needs and preferences are met
Oversee food production and ensure high-quality standards are maintained
Coordinate with vendors and suppliers to ensure timely delivery of food
Monitor inventory levels and place orders as needed
Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and maintain a clean and sanitary work environment
Provide exceptional customer service and address any client concerns or issues promptly
Manage budgets and financial aspects of catering operations, including cost control and pricing strategies
Work closely with Sales & Events department
Skills
Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
Excellent organisational and multitasking abilities to handle multiple events simultaneously
Knowledge of food preparation, storage and delivery
Experience in supervising teams in a fast-paced hospitality environment
Desired set of skills in bartending for events that require beverage service
Familiarity with kitchen and equipment operations
Strong understanding of food safety and health safety regulations and best practices
Exceptional interpersonal skills to build relationships with clients, vendors, and team members
