General Manager in North Wales - Industry Leading Leisure Brand
Up to 60k basic salary (experience dependant) + 25% bonus
A fantastic role in the leisure industry
We have a truly exciting opportunity for a General Manager to take the helm at one of the best leisure attractions in Europe - this is truly a leisure job not to be missed! As a General Manager, you will have overall responsibility of the site and will be expected to be a natural leader. You will be managing 3 senior department managers and will have overall responsibility for this large site’s operations and commercial performance. You will have a natural passion for customer service and health and safety. We are looking for someone who thrives in working in a fast-paced environment, has strong commercial acumen, strategic and people and customer-centric in approach.

What do we need from you?
At least 3 years’+ senior management experience within the Leisure/Hospitality industry (this
must
be multi-faceted and at GM level or above)
Ability to commute (no more than an hour) or willingness to relocate to North Wales
The ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
Comfortable with working within peak and off peak seasonal times
Previous experience of managing and delivering large budgets £6mill+
Enthusiastic and proactive – you must be able to think on your feet in this fast-paced environment
The ability to lead, manage and motivate a team
Customer centric
Excellent operational and health & safety standards
We are extremely keen to speak to experienced managers who are looking for a new challenge with an ambitious and highly reputable company. You must come from a multi-faceted leisure business and be used to managing large budgets + P&Ls. This could be a holiday park, family entertainment centre, trampoline park, bowling or any other large leisure business.
