My client has successfully opened a number of iconic restaurants in London and with more planned for 2024 and a very large project coming up in 2025, a great growth plan in place, they are fast paced business, 155 covers, PDR attached, stunning bar, taking full control and reporting to the Ops Director for the group, only 2 sites in the company at the momentDuties will include:
Being a ‘floor’ based General Manager but also able to look at strategy, with a view to go in to a dual-site role.Dealing with lots of customers and sometimes difficult situations.Pre-opening experience is incredibly valuable for this role!Providing high quality serviceDealing with P&Ls and other financial duties.MUST be in a General Management role to apply

Must have a really good knowledge of the restaurant sceneVibrant and enthusiasticWork in a professional yet friendly mannerBe a team player and assist as much as possibleHave good communication skills and be able to liaise with the teamBe passionate about high quality foodBe a superstar in the Restaurant industry!
