Join our dynamic team as an General Manager, overseeing a bustling multi-site, multi-tenanted B&I contract with significant volume and circa £3m turnover. With a large, diverse team under your guidance, you'll play a pivotal role in ensuring the seamless delivery of an exciting and fast paced operation across two offices.
We're seeking a consummate professional with a proven track record in a similar role, coupled with a genuine, authentic passion for the hospitality industry. As the face of our operation, you'll need exceptional client focus, being adept at understanding and meeting their requirements while fostering strong relationships.
In addition to strong leadership skills, the successful candidate will be able to bring effective financial management to the table, capable of strategic decision-making to optimise performance and drive an ever-evolving offer and forward-thinking innovation.

WHAT WILL KEEP YOU BUSY:
Develop and execute catering strategies aligned with clients objectives and brand image.
Oversee all aspects of catering operations across two locations, ensuring service standards, innovative offerings and financial management.
Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders to ensure their catering requirements are met and exceeded.
Stay abreast of industry trends and best practices to continually enhance clients catering offerings.
Implement measures to monitor and improve customer satisfaction, soliciting feedback and implementing improvements as necessary.
Lead and motivate a team of catering professionals, fostering a culture of excellence, collaboration, and innovation.
