Temporary ongoing Contract

Full Time, 37.5 Hours per week

Sellick Partnership Ltd are currently recruiting for a General Builder to join one of our Derbyshire based clients on a temporary ongoing contract

Daily duties of the General Builder consists of:

• Working on both void and tenanted properties on social housing schemes carrying out repairs and maintenance work
• Fitting insulation
• Cut and fit roofing felt
• Cover roofs with slates, tiles, sheets or cladding
• Carrying out both minor and major roofing repairs
• Carrying out multi skilled works including Roofing, Joinery, Groundworks and Bricklaying

Essential requirements of the General Builder:

• Previously worked in social housing (Preferred)
• Experience in carrying out roofing repairs and maintenance
