GENERAL ASSISTANT

FLIGHT CATERING

Our client a well-known food production company are looking for general assistants to join their busy Crawley operation supporting Gatwick airport.

• Role - General Assistant/ pick & pack
• Location- Crawley, RH10
• Shifts - Day shift / must be flexible to work any 5 days out of 7 including weekends.
• Hours - 06AM - 14PM/ 14PM - 22PM
• Pay - �10.61 per hour.
• Start date - Immediate.

DUTIES

• Plating food items on tray / preparing ingredients / packing items.
• To check all products prior to packing.
• To ensure all airline products are packed / loaded to specification.
• Pack carts to the required standard and in accordance with passenger numbers.
• Ensuring stock levels are maintained to the required levels.
• Stock is rotated to get maximum shelf life.
• Record, report breakages i.e., china, glass.

REQUIREMENTS FOR THE ROLE

• The ability to demonstrate great teamwork, willingness to learn.
• Fully flexibility required.
• MUST be able to handle all kinds of meat and alcohol.
