What you will be doing
Co-ordinate the turnaround and provide information to other departments to ensure safe and on-time departure.
Ensure that any national regulatory health and safety standards are being met.
Coordinate the Arrival process to ensure the safety of the passengers.
Ensure cabin bag compliance and support the collection of ancillary revenue as per airline policy
Ensure that all customers through the gate have the correct documentation i.e. passports and/or visa checks.
Ensure that the PRM's have the correct documentation to fly i.e. (passports, and/or visas) are checked on board the Aircraft

What we are looking for
Experience of having worked in a similar environment with focus on customer services.
Recent experience in boarding. - Preferred
Relevant ERES training for Boarding/Ops. – Preferred
Recent experience in passenger documentation - Preferred
Appointed AAA – Preferred
