As a Trainee Test Engineer / Test Engineer youll support our Assembly, Test and Overhaul operation based in Lincoln, supporting our Industrial Turbo-machinery business within Siemens Energy. We have a fantastic opportunity for an individual to work in a friendly team environment, where full training will be given to the successful candidate. We are looking for someone with great technical abilities, who is punctual, drives change and is reliable with excellent attention to detail.
How Youll Make an Impact by
Performing and Coordinating teams to enable safe and efficient product testing.
Ensuring that all documentation is correct prior to the installation of the engine to be tested.
Ensuring that all relevant test equipment is calibrated prior to testing.
Ability to understand and apply Test Setting Procedures.
Being responsible for the completion of testing documentation to a high standard.
Liaising with supporting departments associated with testing.
Looking for progression in liaising and performing customer witness testing with customer representatives.
Demonstrating interest in driving continuous improvement and decarbonisation.
