Job Title: Gas Supervisor

Location: South East London

Salary: �45,000 w/ Vehicle and Fuel Card

Job Type: Permanent

Daniel Owen are currently working with an established Social Housing contractor who are seeking a Gas Supervisor to join them on their South East London contract.

Gas Supervisor Role:

• Attending and assisting in technical jobs
• Quality checking Annual Gas Safety Checks
• Liaising with the council and tenants regarding issues within properties
• Ensuring all works are completed on time and to a high standard
• Assist in the processing of timesheets
• Be a point of call to engineers and contract managers for any ongoing issues

Gas Supervisor Requirements:

• Domestic Gas ACS Qualifications
• Health and Safety knowledge
• IT Literate
• Experience in Social Housing
• Experience in reactive repairs, services and breakdowns
• Experience with Schedule of Rates
