Gas Supervisor

Local authority in the Derbyshire area are looking for an interim Gas Technical Officer for a period of up to 12 months.
Purpose of the role:
Overall co-ordination and supervision of the heating responsive, improvement and planned maintenance work to Council housing stock. Overall co-ordination and supervision of the legionella testing programme.
To provide technical expertise and professional services, in support of achieving a high standard of maintenance and improvement of the Councils housing stock.
The Ideal candidate will need:
Craft certificates or equivalent in gas/central heating related subject to include ACS categories: CCN1, CEN1 and HTR1.
Experience of managing construction projects, programmes of work and contractors.
HETAS National Training Course for Solid Fuel Awareness or equivalent.
A comprehensive knowledge and understanding of relevant Health and Safety legislation as it relates to housing and related work programmes.
- This role is to cover a secondment that could be up to 12 months
- �30 - �35 an hour
- 37 hours per week
- Will need own vehicle but will pay mileage
- Hybrid but mainly office based
- Inside IR35
