Gas Supervisor Technical Team Leader




  • Salary £35,148 to £39,375 per annum

Key Responsibilities for the Gas Supervisor Technical Team Leader include:




  • Managing contract requirements for gas installs, maintenance, repairs, void tasks, responsive repairs, and planned maintenance

  • Meeting client and business KPIs

  • Fieldwork management, overseeing a team of engineers working on diverse projects in domestic and commercial properties

  • Deputizing for line management

  • Conducting regular inspections of assets, van stock, PPE, uniforms, and vehicles

  • Strong understanding of contract parameters and company procurement processes

  • Application of the company's escalation protocol

  • Providing support in the field and back office for end-to-end processes



Ideal qualifications and skills for the Gas Supervisor Technical Team Leader:




  • Recognized formal training with relevant craft qualification

  • NVQ Level 2/3 or equivalent

  • ACS Qualifications CCN1, HTR1, CKR1, CENWAT

  • Desirable LPG and UNVENTED qualifications

  • Understanding of gas legislation

  • Full driving license

  • Familiarity with Health and Safety practices

  • Strong time management and workload management abilities

  • Experience in public-facing roles with a focus on excellent customer service

  • Flexibility
