Gas Service And Breakdown Engineer

Our well known Heating Contractor Client are currently looking to recruit experienced Gas Engineers to carry out volume servicing work and reactive repair work for the Onward Hosuing contract, covering the Merseyside and Warrington areas, on a long-term, self employed subby basis.

This contract is now live and is secured for 3 years, with suitable engineers being confident in in carrying out 10+ jobs per day across the aforementioned areas, or a mix of ASV's alongside fault-finding, diagnostic and repair work.

The rate of pay for the contract is �22.95 per ASV, and �25.50 per repair. Engineers MUST be able to commit 5 days a week to this contract, Monday - Friday. Engineers will be paid 1 week in arrears, every Friday by R9 Recruitment, average earnings for this contract range from �225 - �300 per day, as it's high volume work.

As this is a self-employed contract position, engineers must have the following:

- Own Van and Business Motor Insurance

- UK Driving Licence

- ACS including HTR1 & CKR1

- Gas Safe Registration

- Calibrated Analyser

- Public Liability Insurance (�2m)

- DBS Certificate (this can be processed online)

- Upper Tier Waste Licence - UNFORTUNATELY THIS IS A NON-NEGOTIABLE REQUIREMENT FOR THE CONTRACT & CAN BE PURCHSED ONLINE

The client is looking for engineers to be available for an immediates start, this is subject to all documentation being provided.
