Gas Installation Manager

Are you qualified in Installing Gas Boilers? Can you price up work correctly?
We are currently recruiting for a Gas Installation Manager to manage Engineers in Hemel Hempstead, Milton Keynes, Enfield and Watford areas. The positions will be employed by a company who has been trading for nearly 30 years and is a specialist within the heating and maintenance industry.
Your duties will include:
Manage end to end installation process including pre-survey, management of installation, carrying out post complete sign off audits
Manage team of installers carrying out boiler exchange and heating system upgrade works on residential properties
Ensuring compliance with all aspects of Health and Safety and Gas Safety regulations
On-board and induct new installers as required
Deliver excellent service by building positive working relationships with both clients and internal support teams
You will be working Monday-Friday and travelling to meet the Engineers and deal with any issues that have arisen.
The salary is initially £40,000 and rises to £41,600 per annum after 6 month probation. You will also receive an EV company car too as part of the package and a company laptop.
You need to have the following experience to be considered:
Valid UK driving licence
Proven and extensive experience of working in the gas industry
Experience in heating installation and upgrade work
Current ACS qualification (and gas safe registered)
Management/supervisory experience
