Gas Engineer

Gas Engineer | Derby – you will ideally be based with 15 miles of DE23 8NL | Monday to Friday, 8:00am to 4:30pm | £35,000 - £36,500 (total pay, with the option for additional hours)

Are you the right person for the job?

• ACS qualified in CEN1, CCN1, WAT1, HTR1, CKR1, as well as Unvented G3 qualifications. LPG qualifications are also welcomed
• OFTEC certificate
• Qualifications in domestic oil pressure jet burners
• The ideal candidate will have installation experience as well as service and maintenance
• Oil experience is desirable but not essential for the right candidate
• Excellent awareness of current health and safety regulations
• Ability to work efficiently, effectively, and diligently without the need for close supervision
• Passionate about completing work to a high standard
• Professional approach and excellent communication skills

What will your role look like?

• Installation and servicing, general maintenance, fault finding, and repairs on boilers, and water heaters, with a primary focus on residential/domestic boilers
• Submitting detailed electronic reports to ensure effective communication with the operations support team and clients
• Identifying areas for additional work within and outside of specified contractual requirements
