Gas compliance Officer

We are actively looking for a Gas Compliance Officer to join a local authority in Derbyshire area on a contract basis. In return you will receive flexible working hours, hybrid working, weekly pay and the opportunity to be extended.
As the Gas Compliance officer you will be

• Supervise the annual gas safety checks, servicing and responsive repairs contract for the properties
• To ensure compliance with the contract conditions, legislation and good practice guidelines.
• To manage, maintain and monitor the gas service database
• To survey, inspect, and provide documentation, in the form of schedules of works, dilapidation schedules specifications and condition reports

As the Gas Compliance Officer you will need

• Experience working within social housing
• Have an in-depth knowledge of gas health and safety regulations
• Must have ACS gas safe
