Gardener

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Gardener to join our team. The successful candidate will perform a variety of horticultural tasks to maintain and enhance the gardens and landscapes under our care.

• Monday - Friday


• Weekly pay


• Temp - Perm

This role involves:

• General garden maintenance and weeding


• Grass cutting and strimming


• Shrub and hedge pruning


• Using a range of powered and non-powered horticultural equipment


• Assisting with soft & hard landscaping projects

Qualifications:

• Ideally NVQ Level 2/3 in Horticulture or Landscaping


• Alternatively, significant employed experience within a gardener role

Personal Qualities and Experience:

• Full UK driver's licence


• Experience in leading and motivating teams


• Detailed knowledge of plants


• Excellent attendance record


• Comfortable working outside in all weather conditions


• Polite and professional attitude at all times


• Physically fit


• Flexible and adaptable


• Motivated to learn and improve skills


• Keen to develop and grow with the business
