Job Title: Garden Maintenance Team Leader- High End Residential

Salary:��38,000-�42,000 DOE



Position Overview: Hunter Mason are�seeking a skilled and motivated Garden Maintenance Team Leader to oversee our prestigious client's�garden maintenance operations. The ideal candidate will have a passion for horticulture, a keen eye for detail, and strong leadership abilities. You will be responsible for leading a team of garden maintenance technicians, ensuring that our gardens are maintained to the highest standards.



Key Responsibilities:




  • Lead and motivate a team of garden maintenance technicians to deliver exceptional service to our clients.

  • Plan and schedule daily maintenance tasks, including mowing, pruning, weeding, and fertilizing, to ensure timely completion.

  • Conduct regular site inspections to assess the condition of gardens and identify areas for improvement.

  • Provide hands-on support to team members as needed, including training and guidance on proper gardening techniques.

  • Monitor inventory levels of tools, equipment, and supplies, and coordinate replenishment as necessary.

  • Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, including work performed, materials used, and hours worked by team members.

  • Communicate effectively with clients to address any concerns or special requests, and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.



Qualifications:




  • Previous experience in garden maintenance, with a proven track record of leadership and team management.

  • Strong knowledge of horticulture, including plant care, pest control, and seasonal maintenance practices.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact professionally with clients and team members.

  • Demonstrated ability to plan and prioritize tasks effectively to meet deadlines and achieve desired outcomes.

  • Flexibility to work occasional weekends or evenings as needed, particularly during peak seasons.

  • Valid driver's license and clean driving record preferred.
