You will be able to drive sales and help push the centre forwards by setting your teams goals and objectives. You'll be able to manage an excellent customer experience from entrance to exit. A well-rounded ability to support employee engagement is a must too.What would I have done before?Previous Garden Centre Manager experience would be advantageous along with knowledge of horticulture, an interest is paramount! We are open to chatting with experienced retailers too who are looking for a new challenge.You'll be confident in leading and directing a large team. You will need to have strong communication skills and enjoy working in a fast- paced environment where no two days are the same.
