We are looking for a Garden Centre Manager that is passionate about delivering exceptional levels of customer service as well as maintaining strong brand standards at all times. Must be able to work in a high volume and fast paced retail environment where you will inspire and lead those around you with a hands-on approach!

Our client is a well know destination store - as a result, the role of a GC Manager will focus heavily on the in-store experience, customer service and standards across all sections!

As a Garden Centre Manager, your responsibilities will include the following:

• Driving customer service standards in your store.
• Driving sales in store and ensuring site profitability.
• High levels of visual merchandising
• Training, coaching and developing your team.
• Maintain company and brand standards are maintained as well as adhering to H&S guidelines.
• Achieving store and company KPI's.
• Keeping up with current trends, including competitor analysis.
