About the Role:
We’re looking for a highly motivated and experienced ICT Manager to join our MIS/ICT/Support Services department. You’ll be responsible for overseeing all aspects of our global IT operations, ensuring a stable and secure infrastructure that supports all ICE Group employees.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide exceptional IT support and guidance to all ICE Group staff across various locations.
Manage and maintain a robust IT infrastructure, including cloud systems, network security, and communication platforms.
Develop and implement IT policies and procedures to ensure optimal performance and compliance.
Lead and mentor a team of ICT support staff, fostering their professional development.
Manage the IT budget effectively, ensuring cost-efficiency and optimal allocation of resources.
Stay up-to-date with the latest IT trends and technologies, implementing innovative solutions to meet evolving business needs.
Identify and mitigate potential risks, ensuring business continuity and data security.
Deliver informative presentations to various audiences on IT projects and initiatives.
This is essentially a very strong hands-on role with management responsibilities.
You’ll be ideal if you have :
Advanced experience managing cloud-based systems (Office 365, Azure etc)
Expertise in network security, virtualisation (VMware) and Active Directory.
In-depth knowledge of Windows Server and Desktop environments.
Strong understanding of telephony systems (VoIP, PABX).
Proficiency in various network technologies (LAN, WAN, VPN).
Your background:
Substantial experience managing IT infrastructure in a similar sized organization.
Proven track record of leading and developing IT teams.
Experience managing large-scale IT system implementations and budgets.
