FX Options Support Lead

Smart Currency Business (or as we call it internally Corporate) is a high growth, high energy business focussed on delivery.
We specialise in supporting UK businesses to manage their foreign exchange risk. This is achieved through a deep understanding of our clients and their businesses.
One of our key approaches to winning new business in Corporate is by building and managing a strong network of partners / affiliates, who can refer us their clients (and vice versa).
We train our people to develop a deep understanding of how corporates work, how they're structured, what their challenges are, and how to give consultative guidance.
We're looking for an individual to help build the Options team - this role will support functions of derivative products, pricing trades and providing analysis with internal reporting.
As such, this role will require someone with great analytical skills, as well as problem solving and communication skills.

Requirements
You must have experience in the following:
Support functions of derivatives products and Options desk
Option pricing and analysis
FX spot and forward trading
Weekly/monthly client and internal reports such as Mark-To-Market value and facility utilisation
Procedure review
Additionally completing projects to further enhance and develop operational capabilities, internally and with software providers
Management of client trade settlements
