Job Title: Future Finance and Supplier Helpdesk Advisor
Location: LS11 5AD
Pay rate: �11.44 per hour.
Job Purpose:
This role is pivotal in maintaining strong relationships with all Client Suppliers and Internal Colleagues, ensuring exceptional service delivery to safeguard the brand's integrity. Initially, the role will operate from 8:30 am to 4:30 pm, Monday to Friday, with potential for expansion into weekend and evening shifts.

This is a temporary contract to support peak periods.
Key Accountabilities:
Provide comprehensive support to Suppliers and Internal Colleagues, adeptly resolving queries.
Serve as a frontline resource, offering assistance to Retail, ALS, Suppliers, and HO users on process-oriented inquiries, guiding them to relevant information and addressing their requests.
Promote self-service options among contacts and aid colleagues and suppliers in leveraging new system functionalities.
Effectively manage workload and workflows, ensuring prompt responses and regular updates to both internal and external customers for timely issue resolution.
Uphold superior standards of communication, aligning with Omnichannel Customer Support and Client brand guidelines, in both verbal and written interactions.
Proactively identify areas for process improvement, policy enhancements, and workflow optimization to elevate the customer experience and drive positive organizational change, communicating insights to line management.
Demonstrate proficiency in navigating multiple systems to facilitate query resolution effectively.
Experience in Finance or Supply is advantageous. This role also presents an opportunity for candidates aspiring to transition into a finance position, particularly those with a background in finance education.
