Role Summary:
We seek a motivated individual to join our client's furniture team at their London office. This role involves supporting the procurement and delivery of furniture, totalling over £11 million annually, sourced from a range of British, European, and American manufacturers.
We require a detail-oriented professional to coordinate manufacturer orders, ensuring seamless handover to the installation manager for accurate and timely delivery. The ideal candidate will have prior experience in the furniture industry.
Key Responsibilities:
Organize and review order acknowledgments for handover to the Installation Manager.
Generate quotations and prepare project quotes.
Address day two client requests.
Generate and process purchase orders.
Foster positive customer relationships by handling inquiries and providing support.
Develop furniture presentation documents.
Coordinate materials for finishes meetings.
Assist in logistical planning.
Generate client invoice plans.
Essential Skills & Experience:
Proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
Strong time management skills, with the ability to work efficiently under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
Capable of working both independently and collaboratively within a team.
Demonstrates initiative, with a proactive and positive attitude.
