Several of the team are also recognised individually for their work.The department is now seeking a Funds Senior Associate with 5-8 Years’ PQE to join their London offering, and handle an exceptionally high-quality caseload.The successful candidate should have experience handling a broad array of funds matters including M&A, reconstructions, management contract negotiations, and recapitalisations.This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Funds lawyer to join a highly esteemed legal department in the City.
