Funds Paralegal

Ryder Reid Legal is working closely with a US law firm to recruit 4 Funds Paralegal to join its London office on a permanent basis.

The role will involve trainee level work assisting with a number of deals in the busy funds team, supporting 10 Partners, 37 Associates and Counsel. These roles are to replace 4 paralegals who are leaving to start their TC's (2 of which are starting TCs with this firm, so this is a great opportunity for candidates who are looking for progression).
The ideal candidates will have previous funds paralegal experience, ideally gained from a similar US or City law firm environment, and will ideally hold the LPC/SQE1. Candidates must be flexible with regard to working long hours, as the team is busy and overtime will be required. The firm offers hybrid working with 3 days in the office and 2 from home.
