Are you an experienced Finance Administration Officer with strong verbal and written communication skills and attention to detail looking for your next role in the public sector?ASA are currently working alongside a large-scale client who are looking for an individual with public sector finance experience to join their team on a hybrid basis with their main office being based in Edinburgh. Key responsibilities for the role:- Processing grant claims.- Compile responses to audit reports, ensuring audit findings are addressed.- Assist in preparing internal and external financial and non-financial statements.- Calculation, initiation, and ongoing review of over-payment recoveries.- Establish and oversee post-project monitoring procedures.Key requirements for the role: - UK public sector finance experience - Strong verbal and written communication skills and attention to detail.- Experience of working with the Scottish government - Experience working with European grant claims. - Knowledge and extensive previous experience with the use of Microsoft Office applications- Familiarity with public sector auditing arrangementsBenefits: - The chance to gain experience and expand your experience working with a large scale and prestigious employer within the public sector.- A flexible hybrid working pattern!If this sounds like an opportunity you would be interested in then please submit your CV and we will be in touch with further details!
