Fund Finance Director (Credit) – Fast-Growth Private Equity firm – £250k-£300k Total Comp & Flexible

We have exclusively partnered with an extremely exciting Fund who have just concluded several successful fund raising rounds. Through growth, they’re looking to bring in a Fund Finance Director to lead across all strategic and fund finance duties for their closed ended credit strategies.

The role will lead a team of 5 in finance and work closely with the CFO/COO and Investment team to raise and launch new Private Credit funds whilst managing existing fund; this includes supporting with fundraising, investor relations, and fund structuring. This will manage the operational aspects of private credit funds; covering financial reporting, cash management, and compliance with regulatory requirements. Due to the growth of the firm, tit is important to be proactive in enhancing any processes or systems to create a scalable function.
For this, we are looking for qualified accountants with extensive credit fund accounting experience (min 8 years total experience). You should have a track record of effectively working with a variety of internal and external stakeholders.
