Fund Controller - Manager - Real Estate - 12 Month ContractWe are pleased to be partnering with a well-established, real estate asset management firm who are seeking a Fund Controller on a contract basis.The salary for this role is £70,000 + strong pension + benefits & hybrid working.This is a management role where you will be responsible for the activities of 4 junior fund accountants, but will also require hands on fund accounting for a large portfolio of open ended real estate funds.Responsibilities will include:Managing and developing 4 fund accountantsFinancial Control of accounting data relating to real estate/property investmentsProduction of the NAVsPrepare investor reporting packsAssisting fund financial statementsLiaising with investment teams, tax, legal and 3 rd parties including auditorsSelection Criteria:You must be a qualified accountant (ACA, ACA, CIMA, CPA etc.)Have experience in a fund accounting positionReal Estate sector experienceStrong communicatorPlease get in touch if this role sounds in line with your experience and it's of interest.
