Fully Home based Supervising Social Worker - Charity

£29 - £32 per hour

NonStop Care is looking for an experienced Supervising Social Worker who can join a well established Independent Fostering Agency in the South West England area. This is a home based role, meaning you will not be linked to any office. This will allow you to manage your own schedule and have a good work - life balance.

The Supervising Social Worker will join a not for profit IFA, so you will be part of a charity with a very good reputation. They have an Outstanding Ofsted rating and they are therapeutic.

Responsibilities:

The Supervising Social Worker will be supporting a small caseload of about 10 - 12 foster carers, that are located around Gloucestershire, Bristol, Somerset and Swindon areas mostly. Some of the visits can be done virtually, reducing your travel.

The role doesn't include completing Form F Assessments, so you will have more time to focus on each of the foster families.

Requirements:

Please apply if you are a Social Worker or a Senior Social Worker and if you have experience in working in fostering or within a LAC team. You must have a Social Work Degree and a driving license also.
