Wayman Group is currently seeking a dedicated and passionate Year 1 Teacher to join a diverse school in Wandsworth, Southwest London starting in April 2024. Create and implement lesson plans that align with the national curriculum and school guidelines
· Deliver engaging and effective instruction to Year 1 students, promoting active participation and academic growth
· Use a variety of teaching strategies and resources to cater to different learning styles
· Collaborate with colleagues to develop and implement school-wide initiatives and programs
· Hold a relevant teaching qualification and QTS (Qualified Teacher Status)
· Proven experience in teaching Year 1 students, including knowledge of the national curriculum
· Strong organizational and administrative abilities to manage lesson planning, assessments, and reporting
· Passionate about education and dedicated to fostering a love for learning in young students
