The Adamton is a magnificent Manor House set in a historic country estate dating back to the 11th Century.The Adamton Country House is a 265-bedroom hotel that offers the on-site Jennys Restaurant and due to continued expansion, we are looking to recruit a Full Time Chef onto the team.
As our Full Time Chef, you will:
Plan, prepare and deliver a high standard of menus
Ensure food hygiene regulations are adhered to and that departmental checks and procedures are followed
Be directly involved in the preparation, presentation, and service to ensure an efficiently run department
Work alongside our restaurant management regarding promotional ideas such as specials, seasonal dishes, and special occasion menus, implementing as required.
Have a proven history of culinary experience together with superb attention to detail
