Working Hours: Shifts available 7am – 2.00pm and 4pm -10.00pm.

You will be providing care for vulnerable people in their own homes, the key duties include:
* To support with care needs such as;
* To assist with personal hygiene, i.e. helping the people to have a bath or shower, to go to the toilet or to care for their skin or hair.
* To assist with dressing, choice of clothes and personal appearance.
* To support with their medication.
* To assist with mobility (Manual Handling) including use of wheelchairs, hoists.
* To provide emotional support, companionship.
* To promote health and wellbeing and independence.
* End of life care.
* Homecare.
* Mental health and learning disabilities.
* Kind, friendly and with a compassionate personality, with a positive attitude towards supporting vulnerable adults
* Good communication skills
* Reliable and flexible
* Polite and professional

. *Valid UK Driving Licence and Access to Own Vehicle*

*. Must be able to work every other weekend*

Please note that this position may require working evenings, weekends, and holidays based on client needs.
