We are looking for a like-minded individual to join us.Role Summary: We have a brand-new opportunity for a Stock Controller to join our finance team on a full-time permanent basis to support our fuel card division. This role is based in Motherwell. You will help our fuel card operation run smoothly and be responsible for:Arranging and tracking stock transfers across our fuel card businessReconciling stocks for all fuel card types and networksReconciling card charges on invoicesEnsuring correct bandings on remote drawing locationsMatching off weekly prices to invoices on a daily basisLiaise with fuel card director and procurement on queries on invoices or inaccuracies in stockIn this role you will understand the financial impact of stock transactions and help reduce errors and adjustments as necessary.− Previous experience in stock control is essential; stock control of any fluid (at least 2 years)− Calm and confident manner− Analytical with good problem-solving skills. Only been with Oilfast a couple of years but in that time I have found them very friendly and efficient, heating oil always delivered when promised.Our oil tank is situated quite far from the road which means the drivers have to haul the tanker's hose out the full length to reach the tank.This always done without any complaints.Thank you Forfar depot
