Fryer

We are currently seeking a dedicated Fryer to join a team in a bustling fish and chip shop!
This role offers a unique opportunity to contribute to a beloved local establishment known for its high-quality and excellent service.
The ideal candidate will be willing to learn a anew skill and offer high end customer service.
*Working Hours:*
* 5 days per week on a rota basis
* 2 consecutive days off
* Split shifts:
* Morning Shift: 09:00 - 14:15
* Evening Shift: 16:00 - 23:00
*Key Responsibilities:*
* Operating fryers and other kitchen equipment to prepare fish, chips, and other menu items.
* Ensuring the quality and consistency of food products.
* Following food safety and hygiene standards at all times.
* Assisting with food preparation and kitchen tasks as needed.
* Maintaining cleanliness and organization in the kitchen area.
* Providing excellent customer service, including taking orders and serving customers.
*Qualifications and Skills:*
* Previous experience working in a fish and chip shop or similar fast-paced kitchen environment preferred.
* Knowledge of fryer operations and food handling practices.
* Ability to work efficiently in a busy kitchen environment.
* Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
* Strong attention to detail and commitment to food quality and safety.
* Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
