Job Title: Frontend Developer Sector: Leading Software House specialising in SASS CMS Solutions Location: Remote (UK-based) Salary: £35,000 - £45,000 per annum Benefits: Fully remote working, 25 days holiday + bank holidays, flexible working hours, performance-related bonuses, regular salary reviews Are you a skilled frontend developer with a passion for problem solving? About: My client is a renowned software house specialising in SASS CMS Solutions, catering to a diverse clientele. As they continue to expand, they are seeking a talented frontend developer to join their team. Responsibilities:Collaborate with the Team Lead and Resource Manager to contribute performant code that follows best practices.Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code using JavaScript, TypeScript and React.Contribute to code reviews, providing constructive feedback and suggestions for improvement.Write unit tests to ensure the reliability and stability of frontend code.Create and maintain documentation for frontend systems and processes.Stay up-to-date with the latest frontend technologies and industry trends.Troubleshoot and debug issues to ensure seamless user experiences across devices. Requirements:Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience).Strong JavaScript, React.js and Typescript experience.Skilled in HTML and CSS.Familiarity with web development best practices.Exposure to automated testing tools and frameworks (e.g., Jest, Playwright).Experience with version control systems (e.g. Git).Excellent communication and problem-solving skills. Bonus Points for:Experience with Styled Components, Node.js and Express.Understanding of React Server Side Rendering.
