Front Office Transactional Lawyer – M&A/ECM

Our client is an international banking group with an innovative and entrepreneurial approach. A vacancy has arisen for a mid-level lawyer to sit on the desk, directly with the investment banking legal team as dedicated support for the corporate finance business as well as assisting the corporate broking and securities desks. Working directly with the traders on transactions from cradle to grave, you will be energetic and robust with the ability to take a commercial view.
With circa 4-8 years’ pqe you will be an ambitious and highly driven lawyer with a collaborative approach looking to put your technical skills to good use in a challenging in-house role. The ideal candidate will have a good mix of M&A and ECM experience with a solid understanding of AIM rules and Listing rules.
This is a great first move in-house for a bright lawyer with a flexible, business focused approach keen to work very closely with the business in an interesting and rewarding role.
