What you will do as a Front Office Manager
Assisting in the development and communication of departmental strategies and goals
Ensuring that the team are developed to provide a memorable service in line with the operating standards and procedures and Hyatt brand standards.
Establishing and implementing appropriate service recovery guidelines to ensure complete guest satisfaction.
Actively developing positive and effective communication between the reception and other Operational Departments
Developing interactive customer relations and being aware of any possible future requirements. Torelay such information and ideas for the enhancement of customer expectation
